Waiting at the University train station for the first time in a while,
and I notice what must a new 'Welcome to Wuni' billboard with what is
obviously an artist's impression of a quite charming building that I'm
certain does not exist anywhere on campus. The Wuniness!

As one who works in the Arts sector,and just an all around aesthete, I feel a great affinitah for the artist in your tale, and as such feel assured that the word you're scrambling for isn't "wuniness", but rather is that intangible, ephemeral, unensoberable quality of "wunificence". As Virgil writes in the 3rd of his Georgics: "eheu! et boojah!"
